It all started in childhood with drawing and painting, and early on realizing that I could copy to paper what I saw. Later on that led to designing of clothes, water colour painting and oil painting.
But then it stopped. I started writing instead.
I found my way back to painting during the pandemic. It all started with a picture on Pinterest that I turned into my own version. What I had seen was a frame of a mirror consisting of spray painted toy cars.
I bought paintings in charity shops for next to nothing along with tons of smaller toy figures. one of the results you see to your right.
Then I tried other things. I have different styles. Perhaps you could say that as an artist I am a bit of a schizophrenic.
I do not paint to please you. I paint to please myself. It is my mindfulness and it brings me joy.
If you like my paintings that is fan-bloody-tastic. If you do not, whatever.
Yes, that is the chosen name of the artist.
Why?
Because the favorite color has always been blue.
WHO IS MR BLUE?
If you were to take a peek at Mr Blue’s
family tree you would see that it
stretches far back in time, thanks to being descendant from the likes of Charlemagne and William the Conqueror.
The family origins are therefor French,
German, English, Norwegian, Swedish
but also Hungarian, Greek and Armenian.
Where can Mr Blue be found?
He can be spotted walking through a
Swedish forest. He can be seen browsing
through the shops of Kings Road in London. He can be happened upon on a
stroll in Central Park, NYC.
Mr Blue is, in more ways than one, a
true citizen of the world.
